Heather Miller, Center Director
Heather Miller is our “accidental” Center Director. With a license to teach 6th through 12th grade English, French, and English as a Second Language, Mrs. Miller was a stay-at-home mom in 2008 when she began bringing her oldest son to Peace Christian Preschool. In the Spring of 2010 she became active on the Preschool School Board, and in the fall of that year she stepped into the newly created position of Preschool Center Director.
Mrs. Miller grew up on her family's homestead in Salcha, Alaska. She attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks for three semesters; took a two year hiatus to live in Steamboat Springs, CO; and finally arrived in Oshkosh, WI in 1997 to complete her Bachelor Degree in Education. Mrs. Miller is married to a high school mathematics teacher. She has two boys and a dog named Rudy.

Barbara Probst, Assistant Director
With a degree in Early Childhood Education, Barbara taught Pre-K for 4 years while living in Virginia Beach, Va before taking time off to raise her three young children. A former Peace Christian Preschool mother, and 3K Teacher, Barbara is excited to continue her time working with the Peace family.
When she is not at Peace, Barbara enjoys the little things in life, most importantly spending time with her family. Together, they find adventure in the great outdoors; camping, biking and playing at the local parks.

Rehana Kinderman, 4K Lead Teacher OASD
Ms. Rehana has been teaching 4K at Peace Christian Preschool since 2013. She came to Peace with a Dual Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood from UW-Oshkosh. Ms. Rehana enjoys teaching because everyday is a new adventure; full of wondrous learning, laughter, and love.
When she is not teaching at Peace, Ms. Rehana is enjoying her time at home with her husband Adam, Daughter Caroline, Son Lincoln and their energetic puppy, Red. Her hobbies include taking walks with her family, running, baking, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Meredith Deimund, 4K Lead Teacher OASD
Miss Meredith has been teaching 4K in the Oshkosh Area School District since 2008. Meredith joined the 4K team at Peace in 2017. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Education (PK-6, ESL and Spanish) from UW Oshkosh and has also completed a Master’s Degree in Literacy and Language.

Jill Stanuch, 4K Team Teacher
Ms. Jill has been teaching at Peace Christian Preschool since 2013. Ms. Jill was born and raised in Madison, WI. She received her Bachelor's degree from UW-Madison and met her husband Jerry while attending the University. Ms. Jill was a stay at home mom until 2013 when her youngest son started kindergarten. Ms. Jill loved the environment and preschool staff at Peace Christian so much (her two sons are Peace Preschool graduates), she decided to join the staff and worked as the 3K Team Teacher for four years. When an additional 4K classroom was added to Peace, she was excited for the opportunity to take on the role as the 4K Team Teacher in 2017.
While not at school, Ms. Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, two cats and four chickens at home. Ms. Jill also likes to travel and find new places to explore with her husband and two sons.

Heidi Nelson, 3K Lead Teacher
Ms. Heidi joined the Peace Christian Preschool teaching team in August 2017. She graduated high school from Waupun and then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from UW-Oshkosh. For many years she was a stay-at-home mom. She has four children with an age gap between oldest and youngest of 12 years.
When she is not working in the preschool, Ms. Heidi commits time to her family’s property management business. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a huge Packers fan and loves going Up North. Ms. Heidi has a menagerie of animals at her home that provide her a lot of entertainment: 3 bunnies, 2 house cats, 1 dog, 1 fish and 13 barn cats!

Kate O'Connor, 4K Lead Teacher OASD
Ms Kate O'Connor has been working in education for 13 years. She started by teaching abroad, in Indonesia and Chile, then returned to Wisconsin where she completed her BA in k-12 education and was licensed for Early Childhood through Early Adolescence. She has been teaching 4k since 2014. So much growth happens in 4k and Ms Kate loves to be a part of it.
Ms Kate loves music, travel, and animals. She spends her time hanging out with her dogs and taking them for walks, playing the ukulele, gardening, and traveling to new places. Hopefully travel can start again soon!! While we have been safer at home, her favorite activity has been sitting in the yard, reading books in the sun.

Teague Paris, Early Childhood Special Education Teacher OASD
Ms. Teague has been teaching ECSE since 2016. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Education (dual major: Birth-3rd special education and PK-8 general education with a math minor) from UW Oshkosh. She was raised in Oshkosh and has continued to teach in the OASD since graduating college. When she's not teaching, you can find her spending her time traveling, cheering on the Packers or snuggling with her two spoiled fur babies: Kitty & Jack Jack.

Ruth Schweda, 3K Team Teacher
Ms. Ruth started at Peace as a substitute team teacher in September 2017, then became the Stay and Play teacher in September 2019. Ms. Ruth was born and raised in Anaheim, CA. She received her Bachelor's degree from Concordia University in Irvine, CA. She taught middle school math and science for 2 years in California, then moved to Green Bay, WI and taught high school math and science for 7 years. Her and her husband have a son and a daughter. Her daughter attended Peace for both 3K and 4K. Ms. Ruth volunteered in her daughter's class and loved the environment at Peace, so she decided to join the staff. She has always wanted to be an Early Childhood Education teacher so she started taking Early Childhood Education classes at Fox Valley Technical College once she joined the staff.
When she is not at Peace, Ms. Ruth enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys watching her children play soccer. She enjoys reading mystery novels and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.

Gina Panske, Early Childhood Paraprofessional OASD
I'm so excited to be working in OASD as an Early Childhood paraprofessional at Peace. This will be my tenth year as a classroom assistant. My job is so rewarding. I love to watch the faces of every child learn through play and exploring. I’ve been married for 27 years and have four children, ages 24, 22, 19 and 15. I also have a 1-year old puppy named Ruby. In my free time I love to spend time with my family and friends. I'm looking forward to a great school year.

Ann Snyder, Early Childhood Paraprofessional OASD

All 15 years have been working with our youngest learners in 4K, 3 year old EC and the Phonology program for our students with speech issues.
